By using our CrosshairOverlay software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use our software for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key. The use of our software may be against the terms of service of certain games. You assume full responsibility for any consequences of using this software.

4. Payment

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you agree to their terms of service. Upon successful payment, a unique license key will be delivered to the email address you provide.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CrosshairOverlay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
